Neal Massey
Director of Resident Services
Neal has been with The Glebe since November of 2009. His background includes over twenty five years of experience in management and operations consulting, leadership development and training in public, private and not for profit organizations. Neal made a commitment to serve seniors through his own family experience and working in a global senior living organization as Vice President of Organizational Development. He has been in leadership roles in a variety of faith based organizations.
Neal has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware, and a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from George Mason University. He is also a certified Executive Coach and qualified Stephen Minister.
